Cold Patch Asphalt for District Roads Pothole Repair
Periodicaly ARCSD Road Management will place piles of cold patch asphalt throughout the District. The intended use of this patching material is for the repair of potholes on the District roads. Residents are encouraged to use this material to repair potholes they run across (or over) on District roads.
The cold patch asphalt is not for use on private driveways or property.
