Policy Regarding Voluntary Contributions to the District for Funding Road Maintenance and Improvements
In the past, some property owners have contacted the District indicating a willingness to voluntarily provide funds for road work. This led to the development of a policy for receiving and using voluntary contributions. With guidance from Calaveras County Counsel, the District adopted Resolution 2017-02 to set a policy for receiving and using such donations and a Gift Agreement Form.
If you would like to see an improvement or repair that is not currently within the ARCSD budget and are interested in contributing private funds to accomplish this please contact the District. The Road Manager can work with you to try to develop a plan for contributing funds to accomplish the desired roadwork.
